Do you live in the Los Angeles area? We offer local pickup as well as local delivery for select zip codes!
Q: How much does local delivery & pickup cost?
Delivery costs a flat rate of $5. Local pickup is free.
Q: Who's eligible for local options?
If your cart shows local delivery as a shipping option, it's available to you! Feel free to contact us to see if your zip code is included! You must provide a full address, building or gate code, a phone number, and/or other delivery instructions in order for us to deliver safely.
Anyone located in/near Los Angeles is eligible for local pickup.
Q: How does local pickup work?
Before checking out, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request local pickup. We'll contact you from there.
Q: Why isn't the delivery option showing up for me in checkout?
Currently, local delivery only appears as an option for certain zip codes. If that's you, it will automatically appear as an option in your cart!
Q: What's the processing time for local delivery & pickup?
Processing time is 3-5 business days. During candle season (Sep - Dec), expect longer processing times.
Q: What are local delivery & pickup hours?
Once your order is ready, we can arrange pickup Mon-Fri between 10am-8pm. Please show up at the arranged time or reschedule if necessary.
Q: Anything else I should know before choosing local pickup or delivery?
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, melted products due to packages being left in the sun for extended periods, or inability to deliver package if not provided adequate delivery instructions.
