Shipping
*Please double check that your shipping address is correct!*
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $10. Domestic orders over $100 ship free. International orders ship for the automatically calculated rates through USPS, which vary place to place. Customer is responsible for all VAT and additional fees.
Q: How long will my order take?
Processing time is 3-5 business days, followed by shipping time of (in the U.S.) anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on your address. Remember: the pandemic has affected everyone, including the US Postal Service. They're experiencing unprecedented delays at this time.
Q: Why is my package taking longer than expected?
Once paid packages have been collected by the USPS / UPS, we have no control over how long it takes. Keep checking the tracking number 👀 Tracking usually take at least 24 hours to become active.
If you've been notified your package shipped but your tracking link says "USPS awaiting item" after 24 hours, don't fret yet! Most often, USPS doesn't scan packages until they arrive at distribution centers. In some cases, USPS doesn't scan a package until it's out for delivery. The pandemic has exacerbated these instances.
Q: What if my package says it was delivered but it's not?
- First, verify that your shipping address is correct.
- Next, you might need to inquire with neighbors, especially if your address has unit numbers.
- After that, contact your local post office. The best way to do this is by bringing your tracking number directly to them! Sometimes there was an attempted delivery, sometimes they have the package waiting for you there.

Q: My candle arrived damage. What do I do?
Oh no! Please send us a message (janzywaxco@gmail.com) including your name, order number, and a picture of the item. We will work with you from there.
Q: The wax in my candle is melty-looking! Why?
This can happen with waxy products and does not affect the quality of the candle! If you're concerned about the surface of the candle, i.e. you're giving it as a gift, we'd recommend either using a paper towel to smooth it or using a heat gun to melt it down.
