Q: How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders ship for a flat rate of $7.50. Domestic orders over $75 ship free. International orders ship for the automatically calculated rates through USPS, which vary place to place. Customer is responsible for all VAT and additional fees.
Q: How long will my order take?
Processing time is 2-4 business days, followed by shipping time of (in the U.S.) anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on your address.
Preorders will ship when specified under listing!
Q: Why is my package taking longer than expected?
Once paid packages have been collected by the USPS / UPS, we have no control over how long it takes. Refer back to the tracking number 👀 Tracking usually take at least 24 hours to become active.
If you've been notified your package shipped but your tracking link says "USPS awaiting item" after 24 hours, don't fret yet! Most often, USPS doesn't scan packages until they arrive at distribution centers. In some cases, USPS doesn't scan a package until it's out for delivery. The pandemic has exacerbated these instances.
Q: What if my package says it was delivered but it's not?
- First, verify that your shipping address is correct.
- Next, you might need to inquire with neighbors, especially if your address has unit numbers.
- After that, contact your local post office. The best way to do this is by bringing your tracking number directly to them! Sometimes there was an attempted delivery, sometimes they have the package waiting for you there.
If you've completed steps 1-3 including contacting your local post office but your package is still missing, email us at email@example.com.
Q: My candle arrived damage. What do I do?
