Q: What can I expect from your candles?

Q: What's the proper way to care for your candles?

1. Trim the wick to a quarter inch each time you light the candle. 
2. Keep candle lit until the "melt pool" reaches the edge of the container (about 1-2 hours). This way your candle knows how far to burn the next time, and utilizes most of its wax
3. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. For small tins, do not burn more than 2-3 hrs at a time.
4. Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch wax remains.

Q: What are the scents like?

Janzy Wax Co scents are a mix up between tried and true to unusual or unique scent profiles. Keep in mind there might be subjective preference with regard to scent. If you’re curious about a scent and need more information, please reach out by emailing janzywaxco@gmail.com! 

Q: How far does the scent reach?

Mild scents are meant to enhance a smaller space, such as a bathroom. Stronger scents are good for medium areas like a small sitting room or kitchen. You can find scent strength on each individual product.

Optimize your hot throw: Avoid drafts or open windows or walk out of the room and then re-enter after the candle has been lit an hour or so.

Q: I'm an influencer. Can I get free stuff?

It's a possibility. Just depends on whether or not rep positions are open. See our instagram page for updates!
